Recycled Aluminum Earrings!

I love working with aluminum, especially when it has interesting designs and/or colors. And its so light weight, yet it looks so chic. I love experimenting with the designs. And I also like to steer away from making them identical all the time. It adds funk!

Recycled Aluminum Earrings...

Last week I visited an awesome health foods store in downtown Montrose. I was thirsty so I got myself an all natural soda (only natural fruit juice, no sugar added). Not only did it taste awesome (raspberry) but the can was a cool fuchsia color! So naturally it fulfilled its destiny and became a pair of earrings. You can purchase them in my etsy shop. They are so light weight you don't even know you're wearing anything. And they are not sharp.

Here are some more funky eco earrings!! This is that same plastic I mentioned that is not recyclable in my community so I'm thrilled to be able to make something so fun out of it! Word Play

These are eco-friendly earrings made from recycled, plastic bottles. All pieces are cut out by hand! The base of these are recycled plastic covered in tissue paper. The top part (with the words) is a recycled bottle which was kindly donated to me by my lovely sister. I just about used up the whole bottle so these earrings are limited!
