Here are some more funky eco earrings!! This is that same plastic I mentioned that is not recyclable in my community so I'm thrilled to be able to make something so fun out of it! These funky earrings are eco-friendly because they are made with recycled plastic! This plastic is from an iced-tea jug and this type of plastic is not recyclable in my neighborhood, so it makes me really happy to be able to reuse it. These are some eco-friendly earrings I finished today. They are made from recycled plastic (a plastic bottle) that was hand cut into circular shapes. The shapes were then covered in crinkled tissue paper and sealed with a glossy finish. They are so fun and unique! Purchase them in my etsy shop!

Word Play

These are eco-friendly earrings made from recycled, plastic bottles. All pieces are cut out by hand! The base of these are recycled plastic covered in tissue paper. The top part (with the words) is a recycled bottle which was kindly donated to me by my lovely sister. I just about used up the whole bottle so these earrings are limited! Eco-Friendly Lockets!

What is an eco-friendly locket you ask?? Well I start with an image on a recycled piece of plastic. It can be any image I find interesting. Lately I have been using pictures of fruit from yogurt containers. They're so colorful! Once I find my image I crop and cut it out. Lockets have covers so I use recycled aluminum for the top. Attach the two pieces and there you have it, eco-friendly earring lockets!! Purchase these unique, original earrings in my etsy shop!

I love pairing recycled aluminum with plastics of all colors. It looks so chic and modern to me and can be worn by anybody with any outfit. These are also super light weight!
