Fruity!
I made these bracelets by cutting the pictures out of yogurt containers. The pictures are so vibrant and detailed, it's a shame to waste them! Yogurt containers are rarely a recyclable plastic, so I try to use them up. Buy these in my etsy shop!

Text...
I'm excited about my little text series! We all see words so much that they're almost taken for granted. Seeing them not as readable but as a design element gives words a whole new meaning...no pun intended. I paired them with simple backgrounds so they are simple, yet funky. As always these earrings are made from recycled plastic bottles. View and purchase in my etsy shop!

Eco-Friendly and Retro Inspired!
A friend gave me some bottles, and the words on the bottles stirred up my inspiration! They were big and bold, so I knew they would make a nice design when cut up. I love bold colors, so I cut some brightly colored recycled plastic to put behind. Voila! Retro yet modernized funky earrings.

Transparent Eco-Locket Earrings
You've seen my other more traditional locket earrings with the aluminum tops. I wanted to make something different this time. I wanted to add color and a modern twist. So I decided to make transparent locket earrings. With the pink lady lockets I intentionally ripped the surface a bit to make the picture look old and weathered. As always these are made from recycled plastics. They are great conversational pieces. Make up your own story about the little people in the lockets!

Back to the grind...
I just got back from Miami, FL! My husband and I spent 6 days there, I was attending the International Talent Showcase. It was awesome! A great experience and chance to rub elbows with people in the business. I will soon be posting new eco-jewelry items. And I will also be posting new songs very soon!!
